ESR9: Filippo Guerri
Project Title: Systems biology and bioinformatics approaches to provide a holistic understanding of GCA biology
Filippo is an Early Stage Researcher based at Anaxomics SL in Barcelona and a Bioinformatics PhD Student at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. His main research regards the study of machine learning methods applied to both molecular and clinical dataset.
The aim of his project is to develope a pipeline capable to extract relevant biological knowledge related to Giant Cell Arteritis, identifying novel biomarkers and drug targets.
