Project Title: Scalable semantic data architecture for study of chronic disease

Albert Navarro Gallinad is our Early Stage Researcher (ESR) at ADAPT centre in Trinity College Dublin.

His principal research interests lie in the data aspects (suitability, access and retrieval) to support research in the environmental effects on human health, and making Knowledge Graph technologies (Artificial Intelligence) usable for domain experts.

Albert has developed a framework to enable health data researchers to link health and environmental data using Knowledge Graph (KG) technologies, which will be used to improve the understanding of the environmental triggers in ANCA vasculitis. Besides the direct impact on environmental health studies, this interdisciplinary framework can also serve as guidance for researchers trying to make technologies easier to use for domain experts.
